We did another FHE at Tulip Festival this year. We kind of forgot to take pictures with the Tulips, but we created some memories and had fun as a family.
The kids especially loved this game area. We built tall towers...
played some giant Scrabble...
and some giant Chess(which was quite a challenge with all the kids from different families that kept walking right into the middle of the game and playing with the chess pieces. We had to tell one little girl at least 5 times to stop touching the chess pieces before she walked away.)
We walked around the gardens, did a nature scavenger hunt, visited the Light of the World statue garden, had a picnic, and enjoyed each other's company.
It was a fun night and we are so grateful for our Thanksgiving Point membership and the opportunity that we have to go there for special events like this.

Brothers
I had A LOT of pictures of the boys together this month, so I wanted to do a post devoted to them. They play so well together and are into the same things right now. They especially love going to the park.
They also love playing in our backyard...
and going in the back of Daddy's truck.
When we get into the car, they like to sit on each others lap and request a picture.
They also love to play together around the house.
And they are such handsome boys when they are all dressed up for church.
We love our boys. They play so different than the girls did and have so much energy, but they are fun to watch as they grow up. And it makes my heart melt when I see them hug each other and be kind to one another.

Camden's 3rd Birthday
Camden turned 3 about a month ago. To celebrate, I took the boys to McDonald's for lunch. Then we had Mac n Cheese at home for dinner. Alyssa had this idea to make him an ice cream drip cake, like she saw the kids on the Kids Baking Championship Show do. He requested red. We didn't let it get thick enough before pouring it on the cake, but it was still really good. In fact, I think Camden's birthday cake was the first birthday cake(besides angel food cake) that we have ever finished in our family.
After cake, he opened his presents. His favorite TV show is PJ Masks, so he got a lot of PJ Mask stuff.
He also got to go to the dentist for the first time, a day before his birthday. He did amazing. I'm pretty sure he was more comfortable in the dentist chair than his 12 year old sister.
Camden is a lot of fun to have around. He's pretty much caught up to Tyler in weight (I think they are about 2 1/2 lbs different), and they are the same shoe size right now. He is probably a few inches shorter than Tyler. His favorite shows to watch are PJ Masks, Paw Patrol, and Word World. He idolizes his older brother and wants to do anything that Tyler is doing. That's going to be fun when Tyler goes off to Kindergarten in the Fall. I loves to drink chocolate milk. He is a sweet boy and we are so glad to have him in our family.
