(These were all picked within the past 4 days, the tomatoes within the past 2 days. We already have a full batch of fresh salsa in the fridge, and 4 loaves of zuccini bread/chocolate zuccini bread).
There is a grocery chain her in N. Ca Raley's, that produces a free magazine for their stores with recipes and it had creative recipes to use with you garden produce. I did see a zucchini one. Just look on their website if you don't have a raley's. The mag is called "Something extra". Also. shredd your zucchini and mix it in with your shredded chicken. No one will ever know. I did and I was so surprised. my kids gobbled up the meal w/o out even a second thought. For your tomatos start making your own pasta and pizza sauce for storage.
